The Settle Sleep Stories
The Settle Sleep Stories offers calm bedtime stories for adults who struggle with anxiety, racing thoughts, or overthinking. Each episode is a slow, warm tale told over the sound of the sea, set in a small village on the Spanish coast. The stories are narrated by a lighthouse keeper who observes the village and its smallest resident, Prince Freddie, a corgi in a flat gold crown. There are no ads or sudden jolts, and nothing is ever in a hurry. New sleep stories appear weekly, with two-hour compilations designed to last through the night.
